Ruben played a "treat game" with the children, Mrs Prior stated, in which he would go into the boys' rooms when they were settling down and request they to consume candy "as quickly as they can".
She stated to the judge the man had engaged in this activity with the children "over an extended period", and youngsters had earlier experienced illness the subsequent day.

"They chose" to examine in the defendant's belongings."

She said the man went on to play the "treat game" with six boys that time - that Saturday - and they were everyone unwell the subsequent day.
"Authorities" had not arrived by that point," she added.
The police watchdog, the police conduct office, earlier informed that it was investigating Leicestershire Police's handling of the situation.
